We would like to advise that during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to operate and support our clients as always, whilst following guidelines from the Government and health organisations.
Although our Case Managers will be working from home, they will continue to be contactable via email and mobile phone. We will also be answering the telephone in our London and Cambridge offices and directing calls to the appropriate person.
If you have an email address and would like an update on your case, please email your Case Manager who will then send you an invitation to our Client Portal. Once logged in to this, you can check on the progress of your case.
We will continue to work as quickly and efficiently as possible under the circumstances, and appreciate your patience during this time.
