Treethorpe is very honoured and proud to have been independently recognised as an employer who values and shows commitment to their employees through their recent (re)accreditation by Investors in People.
Their Assessor spent the day with them on Friday 16th December 2016, meeting with individuals within the teams, speaking to a number of managers and then observing our End of Year Company meeting.
In his subsequent report he commented on how their Values (Integrity, Professionalism & Client Focus) are clearly present in their communication with employees, how they invest in developing their skills, their company culture and their quality of work requirements.

Equally, given the industry sector that we operate in and the many challenges we face, we are particularly proud to have it said within the report that “The use of values to underpin the business culture of honesty and truth” is another particular strength of our company. Retaining the Investors in People standard, which we have held this since 2009, aligns very closely with our recent corporate membership of the Association of Probate Researchers and our team’s individual membership through this association to the Professional Paralegal Register.
