We are proud to share that we have once again been awarded a Gold rating at our Investors In People renewal.
Treethorpe was first awarded Gold back in 2019; prior to this we held the ‘Standard’ accreditation for 10 years. The feedback we received has been very positive and we are delighted to know how our staff feel about working for Treethorpe.
How?
We were assessed against a set framework and as part of this we had to complete a self-assessment for the present and future. Evidence was collated and submitted, and several of our staff members were interviewed. The process was very detailed and thorough. All aspects of working for Treethorpe were covered such as our values (Integrity, Professionalism & Client Focus), culture, and recognition to empowering our staff.
Being reviewed and recognised by a third party such as Investors In People is so rewarding as we can receive feedback on how we work and our staff feel. Investors in People is known globally and they have been reviewing companies and providing accreditations for over 30 years.
Results — Gold
Just 26% of companies are awarded Gold. Treethorpe has been part of these select few since 2019.
One question from the survey which scored particularly high was ‘Treethorpe has a positive impact on the community’. We think this speak volumes about how our staff regard the work we do and how it can impact our clients.
Additionally, 100% of our staff strongly agree/agreed that their job was interesting.
What an achievement! Well done and thank you to our wonderful Team.
