The London and Cambridge offices came together for a festive feast last week, uniting both teams, including our newest members, for an evening of merriment.
We began at our local, Wetherspoons, where drinks and cheeky bowls of chips laid the foundation for the night’s festivities. Swiftly, we moved on to the main event – an evening of fine food and wine at The Ivy.
A festively dressed table awaited us, complete with sparkling prosecco on arrival. We’d forgotten the pre-orders in the excitement, but that only added to the anticipation. Crackers were pulled with much glee, wonky Christmas hats donned with pride, and a hearty “MERRY CHRISTMAS” from our team lead, Rebecca, signaled the official start of the party.
All in all, the night was a happy success. Some of us walked away with cookie cutters or mini cheese graters, while others carried a sticky-fingered joy from the profiteroles. Laughter and good cheer filled the air, leaving us with warm memories and the promise of another year of collaboration and success. As we look ahead to the new year, we at Treethorpe wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year filled with joy, prosperity, and plenty of festive gatherings.
