Professional and empathetic and responsive is how I would describe Takudzwa, our case manager. I was contacted by them just over 12 months ago and was initially concerned that it was a scam as no details of my relative was included (this is because they have to ask a series of questions to find out if indeed you are said relative). I also carried out checks on the company via Companies House and they are legitimate. They do not ask for any bank account details or payment upfront plus they were clear in their information pack regarding fees they take once everything is finalised. Our case had 12 beneficiaries so it took just over 12 months and took just a small effort to send proof, birth /death/wedding certificates. I also signed up to the online progress link to our caseload, which was very useful. At the end we received a free copy of our family tree. The whole process is too difficult to do yourself. Ours was only a small sum but I would urge anyone to engage in the process; even if at the end, you simply decide to donate your share to your chosen Charity.
